Hospitality is at the heart of the Pahadi culture. As the voice of Chail’s hospitality industry, The Chail Hotels Association (CHA) acts as its very own ambassador, championing its every facet. With a keen focus on our esteemed members and a spirit of camaraderie, we serve as a unified voice advocating for positive advancements – for the well-being of those who serve, the prosperity of enterprises, and the enduring legacy of gracious hospitality. The Chail Hotels Association (CHA) is believed to be the pride of place among its kind in Himachal Pradesh - now comprising 30 of the immaculate hotels and maimedly 5 restaurants in the region. The Association serves as a cornerstone for the region's hospitality industry. Our contribution to the economy of Solan and Shimla districts is distinctly significant. We offer 500 bedrooms and spend 100 crores on purchasing goods and services. Total hotel revenue exceeds 100 crore and our total economic footprint is 100 crore. We employ 3,000 people and influence 10,000 jobs in Chail. We support, speak out, influence and challenge on those issues that impact on the well being of businesses of our members. The concept of collaborative endeavour on matters of significance is challenging. Matters such as marketing, security, public order, waste management, transportation, parking facilities, accessibility, local levies, transient occupancy tax or skills, all seem overwhelming for any one entity. We have already witnessed a number of triumphs through collaboration. If you share this vision and wish to contribute to the discourse, please do not hesitate to contact us.
